Every match, one site

A month-at-a-glance calendar of upcoming cricket - internationals, franchise leagues and domestic competitions - in your own time zone, with your own filters.

Why this site exists

I got sick of tracking all the various fixtures, leagues and tours around the world across multiple time zones, some not well documented, and even then none had it in a nice calendar view. Sometimes I want to find all fixtures at a certain stadium I wanted to visit or certain teams only that I wanted to follow. Nothing quite suited my needs. So I built my own calendar in order to pick exactly the games I want to keep an eye on. This is just that calendar, with a set of filters that I hope will suit anyone. One site, every match.

Choosing what to follow

Your choices are remembered in your browser only. Click any bar for the details, the venue, and an "Add to Google Calendar" button.

Where the fixtures come from

Most fixture data is supplied by Cricbuzz's official API and refreshed every day, and it is cross-checked against CricAPI, so that moved or cancelled matches get picked up quickly. A handful of competitions Cricbuzz does not carry at all - many domestic leagues, for example - come from CricAPI.

A few smaller competitions are in neither feed; those I enter by hand from the organiser's own fixture page. They appear in the calendar like any other match, and I re-check them about every two weeks while they are running. If a competition you follow is missing, tell me via the "Missing a match?" button - I'll do my best to add it as soon as possible.

Team names, match numbers and venues are shown as the provider publishes them. Schedules change - always confirm with the organiser before you book a flight.

Frequently asked

Why is a match on the "wrong" day?
Check the time zone shown at the top of the grid - the day is right for that zone? If you genuinely find an error, please tell me via the Feedback option at the bottom of the page.
Do you show scores?
No. This is a fixtures calendar only; where available, each match links to an external scorecard.
My league isn't listed.
Leagues appear when their fixtures are published. If a competition shows under "Other" for its country, or fixtures that are verifiably planned with dates are missing entirely, please tell me. I'll correct it as soon as I can.
How current is it?
The "Updated" note above the grid says when the fixtures were last refreshed. Refreshes run daily.
A match I know about isn't here.
Was it just announced? Give me a day or two to make sure the APIs have included it, and if it is still not there, press "Missing a match?" and tell me which one; anonymous is fine.
Are any matches typed in by hand?
Some can be, from the organiser's fixture list, when no feed carries them. They appear in the calendar like any other match, and they are checked about every two weeks, or whenever I hear about a series that I've not added.
Who decides what series get into the calendar?
Essentially any international, associate-team, domestic, major franchise fixtures are automatic entries. Anything smaller is really up to my own judgement with the broad guideline of, if it's televised in some way and/or if it has stable and easy way to verify dates, then it probably belongs on this list. For now I'll stop short of, say, university-level games and anything below the first division of domestic leagues. If enough people ask, I'll consider lowering that bar and add an optional filter for those games.

Who makes it

Cricket Fan Calendar is an independent hobby project made by me, raxter, a humble fan of our humble game. It is not affiliated with the ICC, any cricket board, league or broadcaster, and it is not an official source. It's literally just me, so please be nice when giving feedback. To keep the lights on the site carries a single banner advert at the top of the page - no pop-ups. If you'd like to support it, you can buy me a cup of tea.
